✨Happy weekend!

Earlier this week, we shared a blog feature on the fabulous Sheffield crochet designer Lois Floyd, who sees making as a powerful tool for mindfulness.

Through @logiilo, Lois creates beautiful, thoughtful patterns and kits for conscious crocheters.

Some of her reflections on mental health, self-care, and the value of making really resonated, and we thought we’d share some of them with you.

If you haven’t had a chance to read it yet, we’d love for you to take a look.

It’s not a sewing project, it’s a little crochet post . . .
Another unsung hero, the big bobble jumper.
Previously only shared as a work in progress and finished in ‘24!
Pattern by one of my favourite crochet designers @logiilo Yarn was from my stash (I think it’s discontinued?) and bought in Joanne’s on a visit to the US in ‘23 that’s how old this project is!
I think it was one of those Caron yarn cakes? Let me know if you recognise it?
