This has arguably been the best night of my entire life, I am feeling so grateful. It was an honour getting to see this magnificent cast again. They are genuinely the most talented and loveliest bunch of divas that anyone will ever come across. I’m so grateful to have found this show when I did. This show has genuinely changed my life for the better. I am so grateful 🫶🏻

What a way to head into the final weekend of an epic Edinburgh Fringe with the UK professional premiere of Disenchanted.

What a ride. What a show. What a village.

Five-star reviews, Broadway stars in the audience, real princesses in attendance, and so many exciting conversations about what comes next.

It takes a village to shepherd a musical into existence, and it takes a very talented village to do it. We have a seriously talented one.

Huge thanks to our wonderful partners at Lichfield Garrick Theatre, our director Daniel and producer Gemma, and to writers Dennis and Fiely for trusting us with their brilliant musical. Our outstanding creative team who have embraced the Edinburgh madness.

Thank you to Anthony and the Pleasance, and the brilliant team at the EICC, for making the madness of Edinburgh that much smoother.

To our outstanding cast — what a lovely, talented bunch. You have brought this show to life with such heart, humour and brilliance.

And an enormous thank you to our incredible stage management and production team, who make the impossible look possible every single night.

Edinburgh Fringe is always a whirlwind, but this one has been something truly special.

Here’s to the final weekend, to everyone who has been part of the journey, and to all the exciting conversations still to come.

The fairy tale is only just beginning.

DISENCHANTED! puts a hilarious spin on the princesses we all know, brought to life by a fantastic cast, with Roshaan Saulnier a particular highlight as Sleeping Beauty and Princess Badroulbadour.

A fun, clever and thoroughly entertaining production.

Sappy caption incoming divas!!
Also, I fear I got a little bit emotional making this one haha, and assume that I found the majority of these clips through Disenchanted diaries heheheh
Over the past few months, I’ve spoken A LOT about how inspiring the Disenchanted cast have been to me, and how much of a positive impact they’ve all had on me, and I genuinely don’t think I could ever properly explain just how much this cast of absolute legends have inspired me. Every single one of them brings something so completely unique and special to this wonderful show, whether that’s through their talent, their personalities, the way they perform, or simply the joy and energy they bring as well. They are such an inspiring bunch of icons, and I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to watch them all shine on stage throughout this journey. So, basically, I wanted to put together this little edit as a reminder of just how inspiring they all are to me, and the different qualities I admire so much in each of them. And, when coming up with the edit, I thought of each cast member and then would think of the first thing that I associate with each of them, which then I used in the edit! They are all ridiculously talented and such genuinely lovely people, I look up to them all so so soooo much, and I am SO proud of every single one of those divas. It’s such an honour getting to support this wonderful cast and watch them all absolutely smash it, even from afar, and I genuinely cannot wait to be there on the 29th watching them all shine on stage again (for a 4th time) after being so sure I wasn’t going to be able to come to Edinburgh. If past robyn from 3 months ago knew that they’d be travelling to Edinburgh to see their favourite show again, they’d probably be in a state of shock (since present robyn is also in a state of shock still haha). I am fully prepared to travel 5 hours to see these legends again and I genuinely cannot wait. 🥹🫶🏻
