Really great to get back to CPI in Tijuana. The team here has become like family to us and it was awesome to visit once again. We came down to do CPI’s new diagnostics program. It’s basically a full look under the hood — full-body MRI, heart and lung testing, blood work, genetic testing and more. A pretty incredible way to see what’s really going on inside your body. @cpistemcells

What a year this week has been

Great second to last day here a @cpistemcells. Feeling way less sore than last night (but still pretty stiff), everyone hopped into the hyperbaric chamber, did a series of IV’s, and met with the docs again following the prior day’s procedures.

Aside from the excellent standard of care, it’s really been a privilege to get to talk with the various people who’ve made their way here to heal up, as well as return patients who have shared some of their stories with us. It’s really heartening to learn about where they were only 6 months ago and see how far they’ve come. Here’s to hoping for a similar outcome…

What a fantastic time, also, hanging out with @ufc and MMA legends @titoortizig and @brucebufferufc all week. Hearing their stories, learning about their lives, and being fortunate enough to absorb some life advice has been a truly unique opportunity for which I’m very grateful. Couldn’t find a nicer pair of people if you tried.

Big thanks to @loladranker for taking us out to a fantastic dinner tonight. The food here in TJ is really something special.

This isn’t a flex. It’s a decision.

I’ve had stem cells in a lot of places from @cpistemcells the years — knees, elbows, triceps, shoulders, IV, scalp — but this was the first time I treated my spine.

Scans showed mild scoliosis and multidirectional disc bulges. Nothing catastrophic. But I don’t wait for more pain to force action — I like to invest early.

During the procedure, 8 spinal levels were targeted, followed by an epidural delivery of expanded hypoxic mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derived from umbilical cord tissue. Cultured in low oxygen to improve survival, potency, and anti-inflammatory signaling, and sourced from a single, rigorously screened donor for consistency and purity.

While I was under, my knee, shoulder, and tricep were also treated.

I woke up stiff, not sore. No pain. Spent the night monitored by doctors. The next morning felt the same — calm, stable, and in no pain

Stem cells at this level aren’t cheap — but they’re far more affordable here than in the U.S., and far more valuable than another watch, car, or short-term dopamine hit.

I’m taking three months away from intense training — not because I can’t train, but because giving these cells the right environment improves stability, signaling, and long-term results.

I’ll always invest in health-span, movement, quality of life, and happiness over material possessions.

Because what’s the point of success if your body can’t enjoy it?
