God grant me the strength and awareness to get the f*^k out of my own way 🙃.

Grateful for my sister @connectwithlj for blessing me with a tea sit so we could call in this prayer of liberation and proclaim the patterns/stories/beliefs that aren’t coming with us into this next evolution 🌀🦋

May we all be free ourselves, from ourselves in order to find ourselves.

I’m leaving forcing, rushing, victimhood, unworthiness and bypassing my feels. WBY?

What is somatics, you ask?

It’s the connection between your mind and body, the place where you stop overthinking and start actually feeling what’s going on underneath it all 🙏

This workshop is a space to drop off, go deeper, connect, and honestly… just take a breather from life for a minute.

“Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is rest.”

We’ll be weaving together breathwork, movement, and tea with the wisdom of a trauma-informed yoga therapist, @connectwithlj
…and me! a Somatic therapist.

Come get quirky with us & meet some like-minded folks, THIS Sunday at the @electriclodge 🪩

Link in bio to RSVP (we’re keeping it intimate) & leave feeling more like yourself 🌼

In late May, I opened my home and heart for my second women’s circle—and over 30 women showed up. The moment the first sister stepped through the door, I felt it. The soft hush of something sacred, the fierce spark of something ancient. The joy and gratitude that filled me that day can’t be shaped into language—it was felt in the laughter that echoed from the kitchen, the tears that fell without apology, the warmth of women coming home to themselves. I gathered healers, friends from college just beginning their spiritual walk, women of all ages and walks of life. My pranic healing teacher was present, and so was my great-grandmother in spirit—I could feel her in the flicker of candlelight, in the way I held space, in the knowing that I was walking the path she once carved with her bare hands.

Spirituality, to me, is action. It’s choosing presence over pity. It’s being brave enough to hold space for others while still tending to your own fire. It’s grounding in truth—not illusion—and knowing that community doesn’t just appear… you build it. You show up for it.

I’m not interested in surface-level circles. I’m here to go deep. To hold space where everyone can drop their masks, shed their shame, and speak from the heart. To remember that healing isn’t always soft—it’s gritty, embodied, and earned.

We gather not to be saved, but to remember we were never broken.
And that, together, we rise—rooted, real, and on purpose.
