Here’s my other pumpkin cover this month, for @goodhousekeeping! This story was more about carving techniques and tips. I love how moody and sophisticated the styling by @lisengelhart and @alexandreamata_ is - they really made these pumpkins look classy and spooky at the same time! I got to hunt some very special pumpkins for this one and now my urge to hoard every pink or stripey pumpkin I see is strong. Could never have done it without my expert carvers @lolakatan and @vossll who really rocked it and never complained about all the pumpkin guts they dealt with. Thanks again to the whole team, so lucky to have worked on this story together!!

I feel so lucky to have gotten to take on the challenge of making all these pumpkins for @womansdaymag (as well as a pumpkin story for Good Housekeeping at the same time)! I’ve never done so many at once and it was very overwhelming but in the end super rewarding mostly because I was working with the best team and had the best helpers I could ever hope for. THANK YOU to everyone who was on this shoot, it was such a trip to be a part of, and especially thanks for tolerating my neurotic composting mission as well! Also special shout-out to @morganlevine who gave me the most 🔥pumpkins tips and gave me the confidence I needed to figure it all out 🎃
