I asked E what’s been the main 3 things that have changed in the gym culture since he’s been gone.

What have you noticed that are changed ?

Would you agree?

🔥 Slow and Steady Wins the Core Race! 🔥

When it comes to sculpting abs, the pace at which you perform your exercises matters more than you might think. Here’s why slowing down your ab routines get better results.

1️⃣ Mindful Engagement: Controlled movements allow you to truly connect with your core. By moving deliberately, you engage the targeted muscles fully, ensuring every contraction counts.

2️⃣Maximize Tension: Going slow increases mechanical tension on your abs. Imagine each rep as a brushstroke on your canvas of strength. The slower you paint, the more vivid the masterpiece!

3️⃣Avoid Momentum: Speeding through ab exercises often relies on momentum. But guess what? Momentum cheats you out of the real gains. Quality over quantity, my friends!

4️⃣Deep Burn: A satisfying slow burn is your ticket to ab definition. Those lines etching across your midsection? They’re drawn with patience and precision.

Remember, it’s not a race; it’s a journey toward a stronger, more resilient core. So next time you your leg raises, crunches or machine crunches, channel your inner tortoise. 🐢 Your abs will thank you later!

👇Share your favorite ab routine below! Let’s inspire each other! 💪

Hey, fitness lovers! Today I’m going help you unbig that back and show you how to do one of my favorite exercises for building a strong and sleek back: the bent over row. Follow these steps if you haven’t already:

1. Grab a barbell with an overhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart.

2. With your legs slightly bent, squeeze your core, keep your back straight and sit your hips back toward your heels so that you’re body is almost perpendicular to the floor.

3. Row the weight upwards in an arc shape towards your hips. Keep pulling your elbows behind you and squeeze your shoulder blades together while keeping your back straight.

4. Hold for 1 second and then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position, with your arms extended and the barbell plates just off the ground.

5. I like to keep these in the 8–12 rep range and do about 3-4 sets.
Some tips to keep in mind:

⚠️Don’t round your back or let it sag. Maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.

⚠️Don’t jerk the weight or use momentum. Control the weight with your muscles and avoid swinging or bouncing.

⚠️Don’t shrug your shoulders or flare your elbows. Keep your shoulders down and your elbows close to your body.

⚠️Don’t lift too heavy or too light. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to perform the exercise with good form.

From gaining muscle to losing fat, from losing stiffness to gaining mobility I have been helping people do it all for the last 16 years. My whole mission the last few years has been about empowering others with the same methods that I’ve used to empower myself. I’ve put in well over my 10,000 hours. I don’t want you to be me, I want you to be the best version of yourself, I’m just a guide.
