1930s Spanish Condo / Townhouse in Los Angeles, CA.

Incredibly designed vintage tile bathroom. Possibly one of the boldest tile color combos I’ve that just works so well. One design idea employed here that is really impactful is carrying the yellow / orange accent trim color over to the paint color for the door. It really does a great job of tying everything together.

Set of vintage American Standard fixtures in Ming. The sink is a peg leg “Hibbert” model. The toilet is a One Piece aka “Lowboy”. The tub is a “Pembroke” model.

Recently I had the absolute pleasure of touring and photographing this incredible and exquisitely restored 1935 Spanish condo in Westwood.
