Thank you “Elonda” for sharing your story and your strength.

At L.A. 7 Shades of Emotions Inc., we recognize that healing—just like a game of pool—takes strategy, patience, and precision.

Each person we serve is learning to line up their emotional “shots,” aiming for clarity, balance, and progress—one step at a time.

With every cue of courage, every break of silence, and every pocket of peace, they reclaim a part of themselves.

Because healing isn’t always loud—it can be focused, intentional, and deeply powerful.‼️🦅🫵🏾

Four looks for @threadsforchangeadvocacygroup show ♥️ these looks represent techniques that help me get into a “flow state” when working - and help with mental blocks. Hand stitching, hand knitting, machine zipper stitching, contrast knit stitching, and my denim bag. No patterning - just flow.

I will forever believe the arts and mental health are connected - and that a creative outlet is essential for healing and feeling safe in this world.

So glad to have met the wonderful people behind @threadsforchangeadvocacygroup and everyone who was involved 🌟
