Why choose MPM for your training?

What sets us apart? It all begins with your very first session. Every new member and online client receives a complimentary movement assessment. I personally sit down with you—bringing 27 years of health coaching experience—to evaluate how your body moves. We’ll discuss your goals, any pain or injury history, and pinpoint areas of tightness or weakness. This assessment allows us to craft a program tailored to correct imbalances and optimize how your body functions. That’s the foundation every program should have, especially when you’re just starting out or dealing with any joint aches and pains.

From there, we design a program customized to your body, schedule, and goals. Once it’s set, you can hit the gym floor anytime we’re open. I’ll be there, along with Antonio & Shikai, to guide you through sessions built just for you—based on that initial assessment. This approach saves you time, boosts results, and keeps you from wasting energy on random exercises you might’ve seen on Instagram.

We focus on the fundamentals first; you have to earn the right to train hard.

We don’t stop at movement. We also look at your diet and nutrition, and offer recovery tools like an infrared sauna and magnesium plunge pool for those extra health benefits. It’s a holistic approach to your wellbeing, designed to fit any lifestyle, at any age.

I firmly believe you don’t need to live in the gym. Most of us don’t love training, but it’s the key to enjoying the things we do love.

With a program built around you, your body, and your goals, you can spend less time working out and more time living life—well into your 70s and 80s. In fact we have a number of members who are 65+ still playing pickleball, golfing weekly, strength training, and thriving. Aging doesn’t mean slowing down; the more we move, the better we feel.

Ready to experience the MPM difference? Come and see why everyone’s talking about us and discover what a personalized program can do for your body and goals. Drop a comment below, reach out via our socials, or visit www.movementplus.com.au

#Basic Physical Fitness

We spend big dollars on our bikes, boards, Shoes, bags, clothes, cars, pets, trips etc but…. the best buzz around is knowing you invested in your fitness & it feels bloody better than good. 🇦🇺

🟡 FITNESS
Gets you further for longer when you are bone dry tired after work but homemade dinner needs doing…

A sharp mind and discipline from fitness is being clear, capable, efficient and on to it when you need to roll up your sleeves & get shit done in life …

Strength is recovering from flu & sickness quicker than most cos you already have A well managed relationship with food & drink.

MPM GYM
Does not stand for matching clothes, leg day or the best Split times / PB time uploads!
Change is hard work… but So is being unhappy.

We post on Instagram but we are not full of influencers and fluffy gym tutorials. We are here to add value to our lifestyle during all our stages.

Fitness is movement outside more than the gym, not needing your phone, happy relationships, confident mindset & decisions, it’s a correct weekly training schedule for your level, adequate sleep and always learning new skills.

The secret they can’t bottle & sell 🤫 …
“Action creates The Body, The life and the opportunities that you want” so better be prepared!

Coffee is part of my daily grind - it just comes in the form of @iamgroundedco energy bars 🤤

It's wonderful to be partnered with an ethical and eco-conscious company who works hard to up-cycle the part of coffee that often gets overlooked: the fruit! It's so yummy and has clean caffeine and antioxidants so is naturally healthy too.
