Being fast is great, but how good are your break’s ? ✋🏼

Every footballer wants to be faster.
But speed isn’t just about acceleration.

🎯 Your ability to decelerate affects
• Change of direction
• Creating separation
• Balance and control
• Re-acceleration

If you can’t absorb force efficiently, you’ll struggle to express speed when it matters most.

The best athletes don’t just move fast.
They can stop fast too.

Hamid Addai - Composure and versatility are just two of the many qualities that define the Sandbach United FC winger. Whether you give him space or mark him tightly, you're in for a long day at the office. Following an Achilles rupture that saw him sidelined, Hamid is determined to regain the form that made him a standout player for Hyde United FC.

Sad to see Scotland exit the Euros after a crushing late goal.
We had the pleasure of working with their only scorer in the tournament @scottmctominay in this campaign for @adidasfootball 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

It was a pleasure to work at the lab 🏟️ with Chorley national league side electric winger @justinjohnson10 that has been in great form this season and is continuing to produce on the pitch.

Even though he’s been in such great form so far this season, he still wants to achieve more this season which is why he’s working hard at the lab to keep himself sharp 🧗🏾‍♂️💪🏾.
His mentality will only take him far 🧠📈

Definitely one to keep an eye on this season 👀💯🔥🔥🔥
