Right now is one of those seasons of life when the only option is to work.

With all of the craziness that has come towards me and my family over the last the last few months, I’ve experienced every range of emotion possible. And my wife keeps telling me to go to therapy. And she’s right I’m slacking on that.

I think the other side of that was I leaned into making my business a reality more than ever before. My brothers and I have a much clearer image of what we are working towards and working for and even when I’m not posting @zaytoolit he’s working his ass off daily, no need for the cameras.

I have to say, it kind of sucks when life teaches you what can serve as an intrinsic motivation rather than you learning it yourself. Everyone around me growing up tried over and over again to make me see what I could do and be always harping on my potential, but I just let them blow my head up without following it with any real intention.

@merrittfoundfit is the embodiment of that intention. It’s the avenue that I’ve chosen to give my family the best chance at success despite having to fully entrench myself in the capitalist system.

@gritcamp2026 is tomorrow and it’s going to be the best one yet. The most energy we’ve seen, the most intensity, the most purpose we’ve brought to it yet.

With the support of people like @laylannous , @blunt_pwrzone , @flixbyflexx , @tariq__harrison , @doctordoom1981 @liftwitsmac and many others, this dream is becoming a reality day by day.

Let’s keep adding to this foundation yall.

KNICKS IN 6 BABY 🗻🗻🗻🏅🏅🏅🏅😭😭😭😭

Obviously we’re a @nyknicks household over here.

We haven’t beat them all year and waited for this one, took home court advantage away form the defending champs and came back from 20 down.

When they were needed most @mikalbridges and @oanunoby did what they came here to do. I love nights like these.

All you Celtics fans stopped picking up the phone all of a sudden 😂😂😂🔥

New York vs. Everybody
