“What are women without kids in their 30s even doing?” We’re performing live with our friends obvi 💁🏻‍♀️🤭😝🥰

I’m late with this share - but at the end of June I got to perform alongside this amazing group of dancers & friends and bring @jingle1223 ‘s Tate McRae mashup vision to life 😍 I performed live on a stage for the first time in 8+ years last year with another @jingle1223 creation and it’s truly been such a joy pushing myself out of my comfort zone and moving my body so much again. The difference in just one year is so fun to see.

Tuesday nights aren’t the same without this group 🥲 gotta run it back soon, friends 🤭

FlowMotion Showcase 2.0 ✨

My heart is so full 🫶🏽 It’s hard to put into words how much work, time, and heart went into bringing this showcase to life.

To both my teams, thank you for making this season so much fun!! Dancing with you all has brought me so much joy (and many inside jokes) I'm so grateful for every moment we shared and for each of you who made this experience so special 💕

To my teachers, thank you @raven_fierro for bringing the theater girl back out of me and helping me reconnect with a part of myself I didn’t even realize I had lost. And thank you @jingle1223 for constantly believing in me and pushing me to grow into a version of myself that’s stronger and more capable than I ever imagined

To our teachers, teammates, staff, volunteers, families, and everyone behind the scenes, thank you for your support, encouragement, and the countless ways you poured into this event!! It truly takes a village, and I’m so grateful for ours.

And to our dance community, thank you for showing up, cheering each other on, and continuing to make this such a special place to grow, connect and create.

what started as a desire to deepen my practice became a journey of self-discovery and growth. grateful for my loving teachers, fearless classmates, supportive friends who let me practice on them 😂 and this beautiful, transformative journey.

as someone who spend so much of my life moving, embracing change and doing, yoga continues to remind me the simplicity of being.

im thankful for everything this experience has taught me and excited to teach my very first yoga class this Sunday 🌻 come practice with me!

🤍GOD IS A WOMAN🖤

this one felt really special ✨in honor of women’s month, we wrapped up another community/passion project this past weekend. the idea of this piece is not just to showcase heels dancing and to give back to my community, but to express the strength, softness, power, and duality that lives within all of us as women.

the black and white wasn’t just an aesthetic… it was a reminder that we can be both feminine and masculine, soft and strong, grounded and expressive; all at the same time ☯️

to my dancers: thank you for trusting me, for showing up fully, and for pouring your energy into this piece and my regular classes. props to my girls for being a part of this and putting this together in less than 10 hours of rehearsals 😬 also a special shoutout to @lonnisilver for assisting me this time around, i know i can always count on you 🥰

i’m so excited to keep building this community together! a space where we can all feel seen, supported, empowered and loved. see you all on the dance floor soon… 🫶🏼

Not only was Tate my #1 artist on Spotify for this year, but @jingle1223 was also my #1 teacher of the year 🤭 and this so happens to be my favorite choreography of the year too 😝
