UG-A UG-A, Winway Building, Wellington Street 50, Central Mon-Fri, 1130-2030 Sat-Sun, 1200-2000 📍灣仔皇后大道東183號合和商場408號舖 408, Hopewell Mall, 183 Queen’s Rd E, Wan Chai Mon-Sun, 1200-2000 📍尖沙咀金巴利道35號金巴利中心地庫 Bsmt, Kimberley Hse, 35 Kimberley Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, 1100-2100 Tue, Wed, Thu, 1200-2100 📍大圍圍方3樓322號舖 322, The Wai, 18 Che Kung Miu Rd, Tai Wai Mon-Fri, 1200-2100 Sat, Sun, 1130-2100

🎉 International Animal Flow Day Hong Kong 2026 - complete! 🐾🔥 Always special to see the local community come together, connect, and move as one. This year brought a whole new perspective for me. Having led the Advanced group in previous years, I wasn’t in a teaching role this time—instead, I stayed purely on the ground, strictly demonstrating and flowing alongside everyone. There’s a quiet strength in stepping back, letting the body work in silence, and letting the movement speak for itself. Sometimes, simply staying grounded on the floor with the crowd offers the most raw and authentic connection of all. 🌊🙌 Massive love to every single practitioner who showed up and brought their absolute best energy. Grateful for the continuous growth, the shared sweat, and the lifelong connections through movement. Until the next flow! ❤️⚡️ . . . Big thanks to our Master, Regional Leaders and team: @optimumperformancestudio @animalflow_hkevent @shin.bluemonkey @the.crazy.t @bodynaturemind_lawrence @ngaitw1120 @jxflowba @helenlolo @vibewith_natt Shoutout to our sponsors & venue: 📸📸🎬📽 @dream_on_creative_concepts @tw_art_and_wellness @lonnnnn *IAFD 2026 SPONSOR:* @barefoot_asia @poke.go_hk @廣豐果欄 @powernutter @infusiondrinkco #animalflow #internationalanimalflowday #iafd #iafd2026 #唔flow唔知身體好

🎉 非常開心與大家分享！ 我的短片《She Said, She Says》正式入選 Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2026 Culinary Program: Memories of Flavor 這是我第一次以食物與記憶為主題創作的短片，能夠被這個國際知名短片節選入特別企劃單元，感到非常榮幸與感謝。 期待在東京與大家一起品味這些「記憶的味道」🍲 Official Selection – SSFF & ASIA 2026 Culinary Program: Memories of Flavor 🎉 So excited to share with everyone! My short film 《She Said, She Says》 has been officially selected for Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia 2026 Culinary Program: Memories of Flavor This is my first short film exploring the theme of food and memory. Being selected for this prestigious international festival’s special program is truly an honor and a great joy. A heartfelt thank you to the Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia team for recognizing and inviting my work, giving this story from Hong Kong and Taiwan the opportunity to reach audiences in Tokyo and around the world. I’m also deeply grateful to all the incredible collaborators who made this film possible — the cast, cinematographer, sound team, post-production crew, and every friend and family member who supported us throughout the journey. Food always carries the deepest memories, and this film is my gentle tribute to those “words once spoken.” Looking forward to tasting these “memories of flavor” together with you all in Tokyo！🍲 Official Selection – SSFF & ASIA 2026 Culinary Program: Memories of Flavor @gurt_wong @lam916_sanchez @linmo.c @jue.jun__ @tian_bigm @letitia_03o @jainna.chen @mikannnnn1014 @mediawabisabi @drinkerintorpor @iamclarkcheung @island_within @migastudiohk @omoonyoga @claps.c.a @kenhuihk @abel.lee.961 #SSFF2026 #ShortShortsFilmFestival #CulinaryProgram #officialselection #香港短片
