Strong again, step by step.

Rocking on the Reformer 🤍✨️

A beautiful exercise for opening the front of the body while strengthening the back body, improving spinal extension and control.✨️🥰

Even though the Reformer can add a wonderful challenge and feedback, I would always recommend learning the foundations on the Mat first. Understanding the movement, finding the connection through your body and building strength step by step makes it possible to progress safely and with more confidence.🙏☺️

Start with the basics. Feel the movement. Then build from there.🙏🤓🥰

Take your planks beyond the hold.

Adding movement increases the demand on your lateral core, shoulder stability and hip control — without changing the base.

Why make an exercise harder when you can make it smarter?

Add instability, keep the movement controlled, and suddenly the challenge is less about doing more — and more about controlling more.

Why hold a normal plank when you can make it harder? 😅

Adding instability changes the whole exercise — suddenly it’s less about holding the position and more about controlling it.

Lately, I’ve been loving every exercise with a foam roller.

Just your heel is supported on the roller, forcing your body to stabilize with every rep.

Harder than it looks.

One of my favourite ways to level up: add instability 🤍 Simple progressions. Big difference.

Inspired by one of Margot Robbie’s deep core workouts.

This is how I’d progress it for a more advanced challenge.

Build the movement.
Add instability.
Layer complexity.

Because good programming isn’t random.

Every layer has a purpose.
