Back on the SWU airwaves tonight! We’re joined by long time Escher crew member The Running Man for an interview and 100% Original Productions mix. Plus another stack of top draw local sections you won’t hear anywhere else! Drum heavy dreamy dubs, breakbeat workouts, melancholy synth crooning, 8-bit witchery, percussive club mutations and a whole lot of bass weight 😮‍💨

Bristol. Do you like electronic music? Do you like NEW music? Are you a music producer or DJ into quality underground tackle looking to meet and connect other like minded souls? Well then get yourself down to @theloveinnbristol next Thursday for the first EVER @howiprogram event. We’ve assembled an all star cast of amazing talent from the community so it’s going to be an amazing night. I will be doing a live track breakdown of ‘Wonky Bassline Disco Banger’ from 9-10pm - I will be showing EXACTLY how I made the track and what went into making it the biggest selling house record of the year in 2016. Then from 10pm we will have a showcase event with some of the amazing producers and DJs in the group - expect to hear brand new amazing tracks being tested out by @voidcomplet @louisonetime @futureselfhouse @runningmanmusic AND also the debut live set from @northworksmusic - I’ve included a short clip of him playing in this vid - sounds killer! So get yourself down to The Love Inn - we start at 9pm on Thursday night - music production workshop for first hour and then lots of great new electronic music. Tickets on Headfirst. Link in bio. Great night out in Bristol last night at @absolutebodycontroluk ... @therealredrackem playing all night long, including unreleased material from @michaelwhipps (vid 1 - "Prison Phone Hold Music" ... people actually leaping for the disco ball) and unreleased track 'Picture This' by me @voidcomplet (vid 2 courtesy of @sonofabe_dj, cheers!), pitched right down which worked a treat. Vibes!!!

New music out, link in bio. . Very happy to be part of this compilation put together by @eschermusicconnection out today on Bandcamp with all proceeds going to @bristolmind supporting mental health and emotional awareness and wellbeing in Bristol. . This is a great slice of the Bristol electronic music scene with a wide range of music from loads of awesome local producers. . I made the track, KeefTeef, a while back with my mate @vaelnoise on the doof doofs, kept the music simple to let his drums shine, just some counterpoints of joy which I think work well as a closing track. Glad KeefTeef has finally found a home. . Mad props to all the producers who contributed who include: @adriano.mp3 @mosaictapes @pas001uk @aux.berwick @louisonetime @loopsolitairemusic @baewhisperer @aesc_mf @p_tr_l . And of course super-massive-well-mad-big-up-brap-braps to @lifeisfeedback and all the @elevatorsoundbristol crew for bringing the @eschermusicconnection community together and spurring on so much creativity in Bristol. .
