A little mom time was exactly what I needed! 🥹🤍✨

Between motherhood, homeschooling, and the everyday chaos, it’s not often that I get to spend a whole day just connecting with other women, learning, and feeling inspired!

The Mom 2.0 x Loopwell Day of Wellness was such a wonderful experience! 💕

From inspiring conversations and amazing speakers to discovering new brands and catching up with some of my favorites, I loved every minute!

Apparently, my people were out here in NJ at the @mom2summit Day of Wellness. I just had to take a day off to meet them.

I spent a day at @loopwellwithus, surrounded by women building businesses, raising families, sharing what they know, and making each other laugh.

As a mom of three and a founder, I’m very good at finding something else that needs doing. But I left with new connections and a few lessons worth keeping: gratitude can coexist with ambition.

Days like yesterday are my absolute favorite! Not only did we get to hear the hilarious, rockstar of a human being, @_jen_hamilton_ share her story and inspire us on many topics. 💦

I got to hug people I've only ever chatted with in DMs, chatted about parenting, content creation, did dances on the street with @thejuliebarry and @payalforstyle and had the most incredible sound bath I've ever experienced.

My cup was not only filled, but overflowing.

Four children. A career I love. A nursing baby. And a seat at the table. 🤍

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to attend Mom 2.0, connect with the incredible team at @mybabybuddha, and spend the day surrounded by women who are creating, leading, and making a difference.

As a mother of four, a licensed speech pathologist specializing in pediatric feeding, and a board-certified holistic health practitioner, I know how valuable these opportunities are for professional growth, meaningful conversations, and collaboration.

But I also know how difficult it can be for mothers, especially those who are breastfeeding, to say YES to them.

Breastfeeding doesn’t stop because we have a conference to attend. Neither does motherhood. 🤍

This is why companies like Baby Buddha matter.
