One whole year with iyla, our sweet girl. A year of watching her discover the world. You have changed the way my heart beats and I am so thankful for you. You’ve grown from this little newborn into a bright, curious, happy little girl who fills every corner of our lives with meaning.
And to my wife. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to put into words how proud I am of you. A full year of breastfeeding. Every moment you pushed through even when it was hard. You gave her the strongest start, and for that I’m forever grateful.
Today isn’t just her first birthday. It’s a celebration of everything we’ve poured into her, everything we’ve become as parents, and all the love you’ve given this family.
One year of our girl. One year of watching you be the mother she’s lucky to have, and here’s to us for supporting one another along the way. I love you iyla and I love you Charlie so much! Happy birthday my sweet princess.

Somehow this little princess is already 11 months old. Watching you grow has been the greatest privilege of my life! It feels so bittersweet, and I’m trying to soak in every laugh, every cuddle, and every milestone before this chapter comes to an end 🥹#girldad #daddysgirl #parenthood #11monthsold #cutebaby

Eleven months of loving you, learning all the things you like, and watching you become this bright little soul. Time has slipped through our fingers so quickly, and somehow this is the last month before you turn one. I’ve cherished every moment of this first year with you my little princess . I love you so much Iyla Rose! 🌹

Ten years ago I asked you to marry me, and somehow every day since has felt like a yes. What a life we’ve built from that moment and still choosing each other, still grateful, still in awe of the love that started it all. Happy 10 year engagement anniversary Charlie! 7/7 will forever be my luckiest day!

Nine months of loving this little girl more than we ever thought possible. She’s standing, laughing, and filling our days with the kind of joy you can feel in your chest. She’s our brightest light, our sweetest blessing, and we’re so grateful she’s ours. I love you so much sweet girl. I can’t believe you’re 9 months old already 😭

8 months old . She’s crawling, she’s saying dadda, and she’s growing faster than my heart can keep up. Every week she’s a little bigger, a little braver, and somehow even sweeter. I love you much iyla! You are my everything!
