Must admit I do like to have a tinker with modern finds, found this solid silver bracelet on Sunday had a good few scratches on and I’ve manage to buff them out and clean, definitely the biggest piece of silver I found weighing 57 grams 😃

The mystery has finally been solved… 👀

Do you remember the this little drawing I found in a charity shop for £1.99??

Sadly, it didn’t turn out to be an original Max Beerbohm drawing (a girl can dream! 😅), but it’s still a lovely little find.

After doing some digging, and having the piece looked at. I found out it’s an original lithograph from The Spectator magazine, dating back to 1931 which Max was commissioned to draw this piece for. Mr Garvin who’s smoking the cigar in the drawing was actually the magazines Chief Editor. So this is a printed illustration of Max Beerbohm’s work rather than a hand-drawn original, but it’s still nearly 100 years old and a fantastic piece of publishing history.

Not every charity shop gamble ends in a five-figure payday… but I still think this one’s pretty special, so it’s hanging proudly on my kitchen wall 🩵

Would you have picked this up?

Don’t you dare leave this post until you’ve reached the last photo 🙏 I feel really emotional looking back over the progress of this house 🏡 🥲 I really have poured every inch of my heart and soul into this home. It’s everything I’ve ever dreamed of and it’s a joy to spend time here. There’s still the driveway and the top of the garden to tackle but look how far we’ve come lads 🥰❤️ Proud 😊

It was a seriously hot one, but getting to play in some truly beautiful venues made every mile worth it. Grateful for the warm welcomes, the incredible crowds, and everyone who’s come along so far.

On to the next. 🎶#paulsmithcomedy #tourlife #behindthescenes #paulsmithcomedy #comedytour
