FIVE. 🎈🥳 We made it, what a year it’s been! 1. July 1, 2025 at the top of Cape Split for our annual birthday hike. 2. July 21, 2025 in emergency after a lot of pain meds. A horizontal break and vertical fracture in the front right leg that led to emergency surgery and multiple months of recovery. 3. Maybe recovery isn’t so bad… I like my stroller! 4. I starred in a documentary. 5. My mom thought dressing me as a skeleton would be funny this year after my leg break. 6. Looking suave at a Christmas party for all my iggy friends! 7. Christmas! Rocking my swanky new outfit from Santa. 8. Pup-dates with friends. 9. January 2026 we returned to agility! 10. I met my first rat and have been working on my ratting skills ever since. 11. The Easter Bunny found me! 12. More pup-dates with friends… my favourite activity! 13. May 2026 I returned to Sprinter and earned a new title! 14. Patio ice creams. 15. July 1, 2026 at the top of Cape Split for our annual birthday hike. It has been a rollercoaster of a year! Our toughest moments but our bond is stronger than ever. So much patience and trust developed throughout this year. To look at the two nearly identical photos, one year apart, at the peak of Cape Split, you would never know everything this little pup has been through and accomplished this year. Thank you to every single person and pup for the extra love and support this year - we are so blessed! Happy Birthday to my little bestie; my heartbeat at my feet! #iggyofinstagram #iggysoftheworld #iggy #italiangreyhoundsofcanada #italiangreyhounds
