LORBA — BACKLIP

The next premiere from REVEAL COLLECTION is now available on our YouTube channel.

For “Backlip”, @lorba___ brings together two of the biggest passions in his life: music and snowboarding.
In LORBA’s own words:
“Snowboarding has always been a huge part of my life, alongside music. The name ‘Backlip’ comes from the backlip, one of my favorite snowboard tricks.

I feel like the energy of the track somehow connects with that feeling of adrenaline, speed and just letting go. So I thought it was a cool way to connect two of the biggest passions in my life: music and snowboarding.

Right now I feel like my sound is somewhere between Progressive House, Deep House and Indie Dance. I really like deep grooves, strong basslines and hypnotic sounds, but I also like keeping some emotion and atmosphere in my tracks.

I’m not trying to stick to one specific genre. I’m just making what feels good to me and slowly finding my own sound.”

Backlip is part of REVEAL COLLECTION 01, our upcoming Various Artists compilation featuring 18 tracks and 19 artists from 8 different countries.
Watch the full premiere now on our YouTube channel.
