ATL Trap Spin 🚴🏽‍♀️

I love riding with @shock_fitness_studio 🤩 The energy, the aura, the vibes are ALWAYS there. Let’s not forget the music, the playlist is literally NO SKIPS. The Instructors turn us all the way. @strengthinthecity_atl knew what they were doing putting this class on the lineup.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💫🫶🏽

During the month of March, I achieved one of the best levels of discipline I had ever experienced. The results of this discipline are evident in the two pictures of this Post. I was struggling for a while since my last payout. I also noticed the some things with other people in the community, So, please be patient and keep going. Don’t give up. You’ll eventually see the truth results at the end of the tunnel

I almost missed yesterday!! So glad I didn’t! 🥹

Day 2 at Fitness on the Field did not disappoint! I was sooo sore from the day before so this time around I checked out more stations like @emoryhealthcare CPR and recovery station, vendors and got to see so many of my peeps. Just what I needed!

Big s/o to @thdbackyard and @activelyblack for putting on every year in a major way! Will you be coming next year??

Last year I came to @prettygirlssweat as a guest and instantly loved the energy, sisterhood and workouts. This year I stepped into a new role as a volunteer, assisting vendors, helping with parking, production and cheering on women and connecting with young girls who left inspired. 💕💪🏾

Pretty Girls Sweat is more than fitness, it’s a movement uniting women and girls, breaking stigmas and building healthier communities. I’m proud to give back, grow stronger together and be part of this powerful sisterhood. ✨Thank you @aeshiadevorebranch for this opportunity to serve!
