POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🎬 Sometimes the smallest props have the biggest stories behind them!

One of our favorite behind-the-scenes moments from This Side of Broken came from Ben and Marion, who graciously opened their beautiful home to our cast and crew during filming.

Ben shared a special little detail with us—the key we used for the VW van in the movie was actually a key to their home! 🔑

Hearing how happy he was to have something so personal become part of the film made this moment even more special.

A heartfelt thank-you to Ben and Marion for welcoming us into their home and becoming part of our filmmaking journey. ❤️

🎬 A Little Movie Magic

The audience will only see the finished shot...

But behind every cinematic frame is a crew committed to getting every detail just right.

Between takes, our 1st AC, Lamar Hampton, patiently worked the haze so Brian Johnson could capture the light exactly as envisioned.

It’s one of those behind-the-scenes moments that reminds us filmmaking is built on patience, precision, and teamwork.

Every frame is earned.

No man left behind. 🎬

Rolling out with the crew to meet Brian and the cast for the next setup on This Side of Broken.

Real indie filmmaking means loading up the truck, hauling gear down back roads, and making it happen together.

Looks like @robinson.seneca got the best of me this time around. Big shout out to @lorentprod for filming this so many moons ago.

I love the fact that we are all still friends to this day and this is the place where SRD WAS INVENTED. 😂 iykyk.

Disclaimer. I do not own any of the music at all on this film nor do any of the actors or filmmakers. We are not making money off the track in any shape or form and the music is just there to add to the short film we made

See the full short tomorrow to see what happens.

“This was a little short film that was shot , directed and edited by filmmaker @lorentprod Me and @robinson.seneca had a great time doing this and it was quite a few years ago. We have two endings so I’ll post both. Stay tuned for the full film. I can’t remember how long ago we did this but at least 14 years cause I have long hair. 😂. All I know is that I got to create something really cool and fun with my friends
