Full Moon in Cancer

Today’s full moon invites you to heal past wounds.

Reconnect with your inner child. But it’s not just about playing like I do in the photo with the sea.

It’s more related to delving into those wounds that you have hidden and healing them.

Admit your sensitivity and vulnerability... if you talk, try not to do it from the “wounded child” but from the adult that you are today, allowing yourself to feel and show yourself as you really are.

What hurt or pained you in the past can only be healed if you are aware of it and do not cover it up.

Meditation or a few minutes of solitude and reflection can help you to be in connection with yourself in order to live consciously and thus you will be able to enjoy yourself in all your fullness.

All my love 🙏❤️🧘🏻‍♀️😘😘

Hari Shabad Kaur (Marcela)

Don’t idealize me or any sound therapist, yoga teacher, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist...etc.

We have tools for different situations but that doesn’t mean that we don’t suffer or are not affected by the events we live through.

Think that the more experiences the person who helps you has, the more tools they will have to help you.

But we don’t know everything or have everything figured out and that’s great for you because you’ll see someone real without masks who uses what they studied with all their love to help you.

All my love so that you love yourself more every day 🙏❤️🧘🏻‍♀️😘😘
