Beautiful humans. ✨ There is something magical about the moment someone forgets there is a camera between us. A glance, a gesture, an unexpected laugh, the quiet between two thoughts, that tiny unguarded moment when something true appears. And when presence meets the right light, I simply try to be there to catch it. Painting with light, but always fascinated by the humans within it. 📷✨

I have had the honor to share the deepest, sweetest, most loving, gentle and ecstatic moments with so many of you... And yet I have very little photographic evidence of it. The price of being so fully present in my body, in the moment and with each other. I am so humbled by the incredible love the universe showers me with through each and every single one of you. We danced like noone's watching, we screamed from the depth of our souls, cried, laughed with our whole being, embraced each other's light and shadows dearly... We celebrated life, each other and worked SO DAMN HARD. We gave it our all. I've seen you transform, become more open and alive by the minute and got infinitely inspired by your presence, devotion and pure divine light shining bright from your Hearts... And we co-created something so much bigger than ourselves that could never be fit into words... 💫 @adawakening.me never ceases to amaze me... As the universe's playful loving creativity is endless... And unfolds in the most miraculous ways time and time again. Just showing off at this point. My body, heart and soul do not only make their way back home to ADA. They make a pilgrimage back home to your arms, and to your hearts. With all my deepest gratitude, reverence and devotion... What an unbelievable permutation of reality I am blessed enough to have unfold through my being.

“Can I become an echo, Can I become a reed? Help me to empty vessel so You can sing through me” My cells are tingling with joy from the last night of @adawakening.me in Montenegro ~~~ Life responds in powerful ways when we bring our full presence into the ever-unfolding moment. The ideas we have are tiny in comparison to what is possible in partnership with Spirit! 🕊️ It’s like a grain of sand trying to sing to the entire Cosmos, vs having the entire Cosmos sing to the grain of sand ~~~ nibble on that one for a minute eh? Thank you so much to the team at @adawakening.me ; far too many to name but it’s clear that it takes a village of caring and devoted humans to set the scene for Magic to unfold in the way it needs to ~~~ you all did a splendid job! Thank you to @raffamartinez and @josephpepedanza for joining me in the river of sound with your percussive mastery 🪽🪽🪽 A special thank you to my falcissimo for bringing me into this experience (and designing this stage, gush!!). I’m so glad you and I are both rooted in listening and trusting… following that 13 & 144 frequency and watching the profound manifest 🫰🏽 @falcoartist All praise to the Most High. 🪽

38 today ✨ I don’t think I’ve ever lived through a year of so much change. New home. New relationships. New ways of seeing myself. A new atmosphere. Maybe, in many ways, a new me. If I’ve learnt anything this year, it’s the wisdom of not knowing. I used to think I knew so much, about myself, other people, how life works, what was going to happen. This year has taught me how little I actually know. And, strangely, how beautiful that can be. I’m learning to let the future be unknown. To stop trying so hard to predict it, control it, or make myself safe from everything that might hurt. Because pain is part of being alive too, and sometimes healing comes from becoming willing to feel it rather than running from it. I’ve also been discovering parts of myself I had kept hidden for a very long time. Coming out as queer. Having my first relationship with a non binary person. Being more honest with myself about who I am and what I want. Learning, slowly, to meet myself with more kindness and love exactly as I am. And through all of this, I’ve been reminded again and again how much we need other people. I’m so grateful for my little family, and for how much love and ease there has been in such a big change in our family constellation. For feeling accepted and loved exactly as I am. 💖 For my mum, for being part of the story that made me who I am, and for all the love, complexity and history we carry together. For old friendships that have found new life, for friends who have grown alongside me, and for the people who somehow keep showing up, with love, honesty, humour, strength and exactly the words I need. For the Ängsbacka community, and especially our little mum community, for the care, conversations, playfulness and feeling of being held. And most of all, for my little Enya. I feel unbelievably lucky to be your mum. You are funny, clever, creative, caring and so wonderfully you. Watching you grow is one of the greatest gifts of my life. ❤️ So, 38. A little wiser about how little I know. A little less interested in having all the answers. A little more willing to feel, to love, to change, and to see what happens next. And very, very grateful to be here 💖

So grateful for spaces like @adawakening.me , where we get to gather in freedom, expression, devotion and love. In Sanskrit and Buddhist tradition, Sangha speaks to spiritual community. A community devoted to awakening, supporting one another on the path. And I’m remembering just how powerful that medicine is. Yesterday I could feel myself getting heavy, sinking deeper into my heartbreak. I saw my brother @lorenzolance_ and said, “Come, let’s go and jam for the sundown. I need this.” And of course, he came. We sang. We played. I danced. I cried. And slowly others began to gather. More voices joined ours, more bodies began to move, and what started as medicine for my own heart became something shared. I believe we have to feel it all to heal it all. But there is a difference between feeling our pain and building a home inside it. Sometimes we need each other to help the energy move. A song. A dance. A hand. A voice beside ours. A brother who says yes when we say, I need you right now. This is Sangha for me. The remembering that we were never meant to do this alone. So grateful for this beautiful brother, and for the way our music, devotion and medicine are beginning to weave together. I have a feeling this is only the beginning. 🪶

There is epic Magic weaving through us here at @adawakening.me , and I am truly honored to be a part of it. It’s always a challenge to try to capture an elevated experience into words and images, but I want to share it for the cells in you that are sensitive enough to receive a fractal of the frequency 🌬️ Highlights so far… romancing with the water, activating powerful codes with soul brother @matiasgustavodestefano, praying and playing with friends, and of course, muuuussiiiiic! More to come 🪽

The art 🖼️ of #listening is the journey I am on. How to attune to intuition when head and ego are saying one thing and intuition or spirit is guiding another path. It’s valuable to tune into each of our true purpose right now in life and let the message that alligns with our pure purpose help us find the intuition. And this depth of listening was only available after realizing I did not give my feminine or inner child voice for much of my life, and they were silenced. So how could I hear the inner child or feminine of others ? The path of listening within ( gift it in to gift it out) lets this message speak more for this … I’m curious to what you hear when you watch this
