Day 1 in the books for these ladies. Solid scores for this group, clean a few things up tomorrow and we will see what happens during the final round which begins at 8:30am. Also, check out the last photo, thats @lorenzooo.512 after making a 2 (Eagle) on hole 9 during the tournament 🤯. #UAFSGolf

It truly takes a village. 💚

The texts, videos, encouragement, and advice from his village meant more than you’ll ever know. And it reminded our family how lucky we are that our little golfer has a whole village.

He watched and read every message from fam and friends. And the messages from his coaches and mentors made a difference for a nervous 7-year-old standing on a big stage.

And somehow being one of the smallest, youngest, and with only a year of practice didn’t matter. Thanks to all for taking a moment to cheer Pax on.

Your support gave him what he needed to play his whole heart out—he drove farther than ever before and chipped like he meant it! Pax placed second overall in chipping! ⛳️🏌🏻🍪

One year. That’s all it’s been.

A year ago, Paxton was just getting started. Since then, he’s grown a lil, learned a lot, competed in @stpgajuniorgolf @operation_36 @drivechipandputt, and dreamed bigger than we ever thought possible.

But through it all, he’s still the same kid at heart, just with a bigger dream in what’s possible.

Thank you, @operation_36, for featuring his story and being such an important part of his journey. 💚⛳️
