Kythira, I don’t even know how to put this week into words. 🇬🇷💙

This was truly one of the most special weeks of my life.

From the incredible hospitality at Porto Delfino, to the food, the sea, the villages, the adventures, the yoga, the late nights, the endless laughter and all the little moments in between… Kythira completely stole our hearts.

And ANNA!!! My Greek host, partner in crime, and officially my sistah from another mistah. 😂🇬🇷 I could not have dreamed up a better person to create this experience with. Thank you for sharing your island with us, taking care of us, laughing with us, and making us feel like Kythira was our home.

And to every single person who came on this retreat… THANK YOU. ❤️

You brought the energy.
You brought the enthusiasm.
You showed up for every adventure.
You practiced.
You danced.
You ate.
You explored.
And holy shit did you LAUGH. 😂

I’m fairly certain we are famous on the island now. Or possibly banned from several establishments. Either way, they definitely know who we are. 😂

There is something so special about traveling together like this. You start as a group of people going on a yoga retreat and somehow, somewhere between the practices, meals, hikes, swims, wine, ridiculous conversations and belly laughs, you become a little family.

There is absolutely NO WAY we are not doing this every year.

So now the only question is…

🇮🇹 Italy?
🇲🇦 Morocco?
🇵🇹 Portugal?
🇮🇸 Iceland?

2027 YOGA CENTERED RETREAT… HERE WE COME!!! ✈️🧘‍♀️🌍

Where are we going? Drop your request in the comments!

Oh Greece… 🇬🇷

I forgot for a second that you stole my heart in 2016. Ten years later, you still have it.

Greek at heart forever, and still convinced that someday I’m going to live here. ❤️

And THIS GROUP!!! We are literally only THREE DAYS IN and somehow I already know this is going to be one for the books. 😂

The funnest group of humans on the planet. Yoga, swimming, exploring, incredible food, nonstop laughing, and soaking up every bit of this beautiful place together.

How has it only been three days?!

So much more to come… 🇬🇷☀️🌊

✨ Only 4 spots left ✨Once they’re gone, that’s it.
If you’ve been feeling the pull this is your sign.

IN THE WAKE OF APHRODITE 🌊✨A Yoga + Culture Journey to Greece
📍 Kythira | Sept 26 – Oct 3, 2026

This is not just a retreat. It’s a remembering.

We’re gathering on the mythical island of Kythira, birthplace of Aphrodite, to slow down, soften, and reconnect to beauty, pleasure, devotion, and the sacred feminine that lives in all of us.
Think:• Daily yoga + movement practices• Village wandering, sea swims, and long shared meals• Botanical wisdom, wine tasting, and Greek cooking• Hikes, boat trips, and space to simply be• A rhythm that feels ancient, soulful, and deeply nourishing
This journey is for you if you’re craving depth without hustle, connection without performance, and an experience that stays with you long after you return home.

Ten years ago I went on a yoga retreat in Crete, not knowing that one small twist of fate would change the trajectory of my life forever.

By some divine orchestration of the universe (because truly… the universe has your back), I ended up roommates with this absolute Greek goddess. And from that moment on, nothing was the same.

Anna Zorzou.
My sister from another mister. 🇬🇷✨

She is an extraordinary yoga teacher, a brilliant, creative businesswoman, and one of those women who expands you simply by being herself. Through her, I didn’t just visit Greece, I learned Greece.

True Greek hospitality.
Long, delicious meals at her momma’s house.
Greek coffees with our feet buried in the sand.
Watching her passionately yell at contractors (in Greek, of course) while remodeling her family home in Santorini.
Driving me to the highest mountain to visit a sacred, holy church and pay our respects.
Protecting me with an evil eye best-friend bracelet.
Taking me surfing on the one island in Greece with waves. 🌊

And because life with Anna is never small or ordinary… she also whisked me halfway around the world to Iceland.
Where I witnessed beauty like nothing I had ever seen before.
Drank champagne in the Blue Lagoon.
And laughed my ass off in that uncontrollable, soul-level way that reminds you how alive you really are. 🥂❄️

The memories are priceless. I carry them in my bones. Somewhere along the way, I became Greek at heart.

And now… ten years later… we get to bring this magic full circle.

Anna and I are hosting an intimate yoga retreat on the stunning island of Kythera
📍 September 26 – October 3

A place that feels untouched, soulful, and deeply sacred.
Morning yoga overlooking the sea.
Nourishing Greek meals made with love.
Village hopping, boat days, slow mornings, golden sunsets.
Space to breathe, soften, laugh, remember who you are.

This retreat is about connection.
To the land.
To your body.
To community.
To joy.

Because truly… no one does hospitality like the Greeks.
And no one holds space quite like Anna.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign… this might be it.
Come experience the magic with us. 💙

Returned from co-hosting a wonderful retreat with @in_thee_moment_wellness . This has been our 7th retreat together. Feeling so blessed to watch such amazing healing happen in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Each time an incredible group of souls come together. We share, we cry, we forgive, we love and we heal. It is such a gift to watch these ladies come together and share similarities and enjoy the healing Mother Nature, God, guides and ancestors reconnecting them to a piece they may have lost of themselves. I am honored and grateful for sharing this wonderful journey. Next retreat this Fall in October..DM me for details. #mountainhealing #collaboratingsouls #blueridge
