When my 87 yo Mom stayed with us for a few weeks during the summer, she’d occasionally catch glimpses of me working out by our pool. I can’t imagine what she had to be thinking🤪. I did coax her to join me once so I could test her strength and mobility doing bodyweight chair squats. She was an apt and eager pupil💪🏼🔥💪🏼However, I doubt she would ever have considered doing these when she was my age😝#mamasaid #crazystuff #tiktok #fitness #fitmom #warrior #womenwholift #workout #workoutmotivation

How’s your hip mobility? Just another attempt on my part to encourage ladies of a certain age to give some serious thought to beginning a strength training program sooner than later to keep your bones strong to prevent fractures as we age. Especially once you’ve been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia, as I was 7 years ago.#bonehealth #hipmobility #osteoporosis #strongbones #abh #squats #pistolsquat

Came across this song on TikTok and couldn’t wait to don one my fave hats and shoot this Date Night Outfit video. Ofc, I’m stretching the truth a bit here; I’ve never dated a Cowboy, but my Accountant hubby is a diehard Country music fan. I think that counts🤪🥰🧮🤠

SAVE THE DATES: These 5 other talented local artists and I painted together weekly via zoom during the pandemic. We are thrilled to come together next month to ‘unmask’ our artworks for exhibit and sale in the Main House Gallery at Muscoot Farm in Katonah, NY. Please stop by if you’re local! I’ll be present personally on Sundays from 1-4 and closing day from 12-4 (scroll for full details). #agalsart #muscootfarm #westchesterart #westchesterartist #hudsonvalleyny #hudsonvalleyart #hudsonvalleyartist #watercolorexhibit #watercolorart

I enjoyed some beautiful plein air painting weather this week and it feel great to get back outside and soak in the spring scenery! Painted a few sketches and drew inspiration from the farm for some more work back in my studio. I can’t wait to share details soon about an upcoming watercolor show at here in June! #watercolorpainting #watercolorpleinair #pleinairpainting #hudsonvalleyny #westchester #westchesterart #farmart #watercolorillustration #watercolorart #agalsart #muscootfarm
