You need to heal your feminine to allow the masculine to fully come back into you .

The female body is so stressed at the moment in society . Females are yelling at their partners and they will resent you .

Women are touched out from their past relationships , their children .

Hi I'm Jacq (it's short for Jacqueline ❤️) and I'm an alcoholic. I'm one of those people that recover loudly and I highly honor and appreciate those recovering quietly, those that cherish their anonymity, and everyone in between. We all need each other.

I didn't think I would stay sober when I got sober. In fact, I specifically planned on drinking 53 days later when I had my last drink. Turns out I was wrong- like really wrong. So wrong that I can share today is 8 years, 8 months, and 8 days still sober (ok angel number 888). And it's been quite the journey... and as life's twists and turns keeping twisting and turning, I truly realize I can handle anything and everything.

My meditation teacher @lorinroche used to tell me I needed to be sharing more about my recovery- that my recovery was vibrant and "juicy" (his word not mine 🤣). Over the years I've shared and not shared about getting sober but ever since Lorin passed in April I keep getting nudges, visions, and quiet little messages in meditation that now's the time. I was actually at @himalayan_institute with @mauramanzo and @camaraderieambler when it was so clear as a thing I needed to passionately pursue.

So this is just me sharing that I'm finalizing some details on gatherings for women in recovery in the Philly area and that if that is something you are interested in- please let know. DMs are private and confidential. Comments are public. My deepest hope is to have a Kula of women dedicated to their sobriety + wholeness, and to always remember the way ❤️

As I moved the majority of my yoga and wellness books from one bookshelf to another, I realized how much I’ve learned since my Yoga Teacher training in 2015 with @simplesoulfull and Martha Piersma.
