What a busy Memorial Day weekend!! 🇺🇸💄

My gorgeous client needed to be camera ready for a big event. She was wearing a stunning navy blue dress and she was taking photos before the party.

I wanted to keep the look fresh and spring-like, with softer colors and nothing too dramatic to take away from the dress.

Her sparkling blue eyes were highlighted with shades of warm caramel browns with some bronze sparkle on the lid.
I kept her skin glowy and radiant applied a pop of pink on her cheek. My new fav is “Mia” @saiebeauty.

I kept her lips natural and soft with a warm pink lipcolor. I mixed two colors- “dance floor princess” and “candy pink” @charlottetilbury.

She looked elegant and polished and ready to dance the night away! 🎉

Prom Beauty....🌸

This gorgeous gal requested a soft makeup with a natural pink lip. She was wearing a white dress so I elongated her eyes and kept them bright with a pop of champagne shimmer in the center. She had the most gorgeous velvet skin!
Her look was complete, she felt like a million bucks and was ready for her special evening...

Last time I did makeup for this young lady she was 13. This past weekend we were reunited to glam her up for her Junior Prom!
She was wearing a cute turquoise dress so I wanted to keep the makeup warm and glowy. Of course I wanted to pop those beautiful green eyes but keep the makeup soft and pretty.
She initially wanted false lashes but I reassured her I would make her long lashes look like she was wearing false ones! Boy was she ever impressed with the result!

This beautiful NYC client needed two looks completed for a big event she was attending this past weekend.

The first look was done very early in the morning and it was a more formal daytime look. I returned in the afternoon to recreate a look that was more evening and glamorous.

She was wearing a very pale pink sequined gown so I wanted to give her a look with more emphasis on the eyes. Fortunately she has the most beautiful big brown eyes that could take more makeup. (A makeup artists dream!)

I used tones of pink and brown on the lid, a pop of pink on the cheeks and a muted pink on the lips to balance out the look.

She looked absolutely stunning and felt amazing!

It was a 5:00 AM call time to glam up this gorgeous lady and her beautiful family.💤
Not only did they need the makeup for morning photos, it also had to last until the evening party (and for photos before the party.)

The makeup needed to be a “day to evening” look.

I always say to my clients, “anyone can do makeup, but to have it stay on for that many hours… that’s where the skill comes in! 😆

It’s not only about the products I’m using, it’s the technique of applying thin layers that will keep it long lasting.

Everyone looked picture perfect and I left her home when the sun was shining.☀️

When my clients want to look polished for a big event I always try and keep the makeup timeless and radiant. I popped her big green eyes using bronze shadow and threw on a lash that would extend and lift her eyes. She isn’t a big fan of color on her lips so I kept it neutral using a cool nude - “velvet teddy” @maccosmetics with @themobbeauty “1990” Smooth precision waterproof lip liner.

She looked absolutely beautiful and felt like a million bucks… ❤️
