Today was one of those days that will stay in my heart forever.

We celebrated our beautiful friend Debbie’s birthday with the meditation group I’ve been blessed to be part of for over a year.

I remember asking the Universe to bring my tribe into my life… and here they are. ✨

Wish granted. And my heart couldn’t be happier or more grateful.

There is something so beautiful about women coming together, to support one another, laugh together, hold space for each other, and be ourselves.

Sisterhood ✨ Connection✨ Love ✨

Happy 31st Birthday to Spirit! A kiger mustang stallion who was used as a horse model for the inspiration of the 2002 DreamWorks animated motion picture “Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron”. It all began when Spirit (originally his birth name is Donner) was 3 years old, the production started in 1998 at @dreamworks animation studio in Glendale, California. DreamWorks co-founder Jeffrey Katzenberg hired @johnfusco to create an original screenplay, which was based on an idea by himself. In April 2002, after the production was completed, Donner (now renamed as Spirit) was given to @returntofreedom, a wild horse sanctuary and conservation to live along with wild horses and burros. Tonight at the MaMuse concert, I felt the pure power of love and kindness flowing through every note.
There was a beautiful energy in the air, gentle, uplifting, and deeply healing. It reminded me how music has this incredible ability to connect us, open our hearts, and bring us back to what truly matters: love, presence, and community.

Left with my soul lighter and my heart overflowing.
Grateful for moments like this 😊

You have to get your Master's degree. Then they'll get you the things you've been wanting every gift getting occasion since you were in fifth grade like a new RC car or a new #dragonkite

Day Four - the final day of the Pegasus Equine Photography Workshop in Lockwood, CA... we were gifted with unexpected, unscheduled surprises today. Certain things can't be planned in advance, but by working with our workshop hosts and staying open and flexible with our agenda, this is what can happen. Our Photographer Participants got to see and photograph "Making Pegasus" Trainer, Gary Hartle working with the big, bold, gorgeous stallion, Caesar.
For those who chose to stick around post workshop, they got to witness three live covers (this is a horse breeding facility)! And now we have even more motivation to come back next year to see if maybe we can meet the foal that was perhaps conceived today!
There are so many great stories like this that we lived in these 3.5 days, I can't possibly share them all, but hopefully these highlights give you a taste.
