THIS WEEKS CLIENT SPOTLIGHT…

Lorna is a Psychologist and Coach for high achievers who think and feel more deeply than others – what she calls Sensitive Achievers.

After 11+ years working in the therapy and coaching industry and having worked with 1000’s of clients including members of the global royal family, Lorna discovered that to truly create freedom from high-functioning anxiety, overwhelm and self-doubt, a powerful combination of evidence-based therapies, tools and coaching is required.

This is why in her 1:1 private coaching container and group coaching programme, she uses a blend of evidence-based therapies such as CBT together with coaching and mindfulness to create a uniquely intuitive and holistic package of support. It’s so transformational, she even put her own stamp of approval on it and coined it The Devine Method.

Lorna holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health and a Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT. She is also a qualified Life and Personal Performance Coach.

Lorna offers 1:1 private coaching and an intimate group coaching programme. Her offerings are for high achievers who are ready to break free from high-functioning anxiety, overwhelm and self-doubt so that they can start feeling calmer, gain clarity, feel confident and fulfil their potential.
Lorna is celebrating launching her group coaching programme and creating a business which gives her the freedom to travel the world at the same time.

She's on a mission to support high achievers to lean into their sensitivity and see it for the gift it truly is, and empower them to remain ambitious and enjoy success without high-functioning anxiety holding them back.
This year Lorna is excited about continuing to travel the world whilst running her business and launching her group programme so that she can support more high achievers to achieve calm, balance, confidence and success.

↓ Do you recognise any of these signs?

1. Perfectionism: you set exceptionally high standards for yourself and strive for perfection. This can lead to a persistent fear of making mistakes or falling short of your expectations, resulting in excessive self-criticism and self-imposed pressure. This can slow down decision-making and hinder productivity.

2. Difficulty managing stress: high-functioning anxiety can make it challenging to manage stress effectively. This can lead to heightened stress levels, which can impact your well-being, decision-making abilities and your relationships.

3. Excessive worrying: high-functioning anxiety often manifests as persistent worrying about future outcomes, potential failures, or worst-case scenarios. This excessive worrying can be distracting and decrease focus and efficiency.

4. Overworking: you may have difficulty setting boundaries and overwork, leading to burnout. This can negatively impact overall productivity and creativity.

5. Work-life balance struggles: anxiety can make it difficult to establish a healthy work-life balance. The constant need to prove yourself and meet your high standards can result in you neglecting your well-being and relationships.

Take a second to realise how far you’ve come.

When I lost my job in advertising at the start of the pandemic I could have freaked out. The mortgage still had to be paid and after nearly 20 years, my professional identity was on the line.

However, I chose to embrace the next stage of my life as the gift that it truly is💕

👍 Becoming a messaging strategist and business coach has exceeded my expectations…

I get to work with women that I would be proud to call my friends, and to share my message that we all get to feel lit up in our work if we choose to be authentic and true to our gifts and passions.

Am I where I want to be yet?

Hell, not yet!

I have so far to go & my dreams are wildly ambitious.

But I’m going to get there.

Just like you will get to realise your dreams too 🔥

And the first thing to do today to take that step closer is to acknowledge and appreciate how far you have come in this very moment from where you began.

What a MAGICAL 7 days it’s been ✨

I was lucky enough to spend last week in the beautiful city of Lisbon with my Coach, Business Strategist @iamroseradford and my gorgeous mastermind sisters…

The trip couldn’t have come at a better time as it was a game-changer for SO many reasons
(Some I didn’t expect, but definitely should have anticipated! 😂)

👉🏻 True Inspiration
Surrounding myself with so many powerful and talented women who were sharing their work, their stories & their courage, allowed me to truly lean into my own strengths and tap into the next level version of myself which comes from within!

👉🏻 Real Connection
After 2 long years of Covid and lockdowns, I can’t begin to tell you how amazing (and emotional) it was to be connecting with women who REALLY get you! It was a safe & easy environment where the energy was high and ending every day feeling empowered.

👉🏻 Bona Fide Breakthroughs -
Amongst the highs, I experienced a few low moments where the tears flowed as I let go of the negativity that was clogging me up. Letting go of the blockage in a safe space allowed me to gain clarity, laser focus and confidence as I step into my level of success.

A small social media post can’t even put into words what this week has meant to me

Just when you think you’re at a dead end, you can’t go any further, you have reached your ceiling or thinking of giving up … DONT ….

Find your tribe of women who lift you up, help you trust in yourself and allow you to shine at your brightest for the world to see! 👭🏻💕

It’s a magical feeling that you deserve to experience

If you want to be part of a tribe of corporate women paving their way to the top of their game, reach out, drop me a message with the word TRIBE and let’s connect! 📥
