Hey Papito! If someone had asked me last year to bet money that MON TAXI would have its European premiere at BFI and be shortlisted for the Short Film Award, I would’ve laughed.

That’s what I found myself saying when they handed me the mic to do the intro.

London was so good to us, Baba! A dream I didn’t even know I had.

The audiences were so engaged that at one point of the film, we heard an actual gasp in the room. I felt so lucky to be part of ALTERED STATES with such an incredible lineup.

I loved hearing new stories, making new friends, and finding familiar faces that keep showing up for me 🚕

Thank you @britishfilminstitute, and especially Sky Lewis and Victoria Millington, for selecting Mon Taxi, and making it feel so personal 💛

Thank you BFI/[Millie Turner] for the Getty photo on slide 5!

🎬 The Land of Slumber by Jules Vésigot-Wahl is part of the Official Selection of the 23rd edition of IN THE PALACE International Short Film Festival.

Ivan, a railroader in a train without passengers, crosses a sleepy land. His solitary life changes when he meets Lyudmila: a sleepwalker who waits tirelessly for her son’s return.

A poetic story about solitude, hope, and the unexpected connections that can transform a life.

Super thrilled to anounce the selection of our film The land of slumber / Земята, която не спи at @inthepalaceiff in Pernik, Bulgaria 🇧🇬✨

This certainly means a lot, as the project was not only driven by a french-bulgarian encounter, but also shot and cast around Sofia. After other international selections, this feels like the perfect place of arrival. (not gonna lie, there's something quite emotional about this journey !)

Another occasion to thank the crew for their hard work on both bulgarian and french side ! What an adventure :)

See you in Pernik's palace of culture, 25th - 28th of June !

Love 💙🇧🇬
