First full marathon ✅
Thankful for the people who kept me accountable & motivated throughout the training period. Most grateful for the real mvp @neville_legacyperformance training me and being my #1 support. Thinking about my boys with every step- showing them that doing hard things is prep to handle the harder things. 💪🏼

Miles for Mom 💐🏃‍♀️

Huge shoutout to @losangeles.stride Run Club for showing up and putting in the miles for the moms this Mother’s Day weekend ❤️

From first-time runners to seasoned miles chasers, this community continues to make movement more meaningful together.

Special shout out to our very own @aceboogie310, creator of Los Angeles Stride (along with co-creator @elbuckyrommf) who also celebrated with some birthday miles!

Drop some ❤️ for our run club crew and tell us how many miles you got in last week!

First 5 mile run since Austin . The ankle is probably around 65.3 % . Roughly . 2 weeks to the @johnwaynecancerfoundation Pioneer Town run. I won’t be at my best but that doesn’t meaning I can do the best I can on the day . I know I at least have a 10k in me. It’ll be my 48th birthday so I have to go in to that year doing something hard and feeling like there is purpose ahead . We have a big team at PHAROS for the run , some are doing the half marathon , some are doing the 10k.. either way we will have a blast so come join us ! @rian_rockyy has done a great job putting it together and it’s the kind of community event we thrive on. It’ll feel like running through the Old West and I really can’t think of a better way to spend my birthday . I’ll put a link in bio and don’t forget of course we are raising money for Cancer research so if you can’t run then help us raise ….

Hybrid season 💪🏃‍♂️

For the next month, I’ll be leaning into what I see as a true hybrid approach:
3 days lifting.
3 days running.

A little “off-season,” bringing things back to balance before ramping up mileage again and taking another run at the marathon distance later this year.

Building the foundation so I’m ready for the next push.
Keeping strength. Developing the engine. Increasing my durability.

This is the kind of training I believe in! Not all one thing, but a blend that keeps me strong, capable, and ready for whatever challenge I decide to chase.

And honestly, there’s no better place to do that than @pharosredondo

Strength, conditioning, mobility, mechanics, running, HYROX, CrossFit… all under one roof.

Add in a run club with @losangeles.stride and a community that shows up to support every version of your journey; It’s more than a just a gym!

“Hybrid” fitness is having its moment. But whether you’re chasing a race, building strength, or just trying to feel better in your body, this is what hybrid looks like.

Balanced. Sustainable. Built for the long run.

I may not work at Pharos anymore, but you’ll still find me there training, taking classes, and running the neighborhood.

Because when you truly believe in a place, you don’t leave it.
You stay connected to the people, the coaching, and the culture that helped shape your journey.

That’s what Pharos is to me.
Come join me 💪🤓

This year’s final frontier.

Austin Marathon. 2 days out!

Excited. Nervous. Ready.

@hangwithfriends and I put this race on the calendar 6 months ago as a way to bring two friends, living on opposite sides of the country, together to hang out and explore a city.

Since then? A lot has happened - A 10k, a marathon, 2 weeks in the hospital, 3 Hyrox, a half marathon, work, family, life…

In December and coming into 2026, I was unsure if I was even going to be able to run a marathon with the way my knee was feeling. But luckily my body bounced back and it’s feeling ready 🙏

That said, up until this week I still didn’t know whether I was going to race it… or just run it.

Bryan made that decision easy:
“I want to see you rip it and go sub 3:35.”

My response?
“I was thinking sub 3:20.”

A year of dedicating myself to running. Long runs, intervals, easy runs… it’s been a journey that I can truly say I have fallen in love with.

It’s never been about the finish line, it’s always been about the love of the lifestyle and being a light for others to look for in their own journeys, and of course raising awareness for Cystic Fibrosis 🫁🌹💙💛

Commitment has no finish line, it is a forever evolving journey and process in the pursuit of continuous improvement and growth.

This year has been a journey.
As one chapter comes to a close, another one begins on the other side.

Let’s go see how fast I can run 26.2 miles 😈
