Thank you @ur_spb and @pasauofr for giving us the honor of the Boar’s Head Award!! This is the first time SADACA has received the award since our creation in 2006. We are eternally grateful to all of the student organizations that have collaborated with us and made our events possible. These events would never be a success without the support of UR students. We hope to continue to live up to your expectations and make UR a welcoming community. Thank you 🙏🏼

Model Karlos Aguilar wearing “La Contras” inspired outfit 🇭🇳

“The revolutionary group "La Contras" was the inspiration for his outfit. They started in Nicaragua but had mail camps on the border of Honduras. La Contras are the embodiment of the expression "get it how you live," which I first heard growing up in the "DMV." Obtaining something by any means necessary is what "get it how you live" means. Despite the fact that the US government knew La Contras got their money from drug trafficking, it backed and funded them. Finally, the clothing is a representation of the colors of La Contras' uniform, with the style I've developed coming from the DMV.”-Karlos
