Mom, what else did you record? I'm putting this on my next project say late '26 or sometime in '27. She always wanted to so more music together. Thank you for these gems you left, of course I'm chopping them. Miss you. #mommayouknowiloveyou #mpcsample #music #emceeproducer #labk

One class.

Countless smiles.

New connections.

A glimpse of what’s possible.

There’s something beautiful about seeing people who have never met leave feeling connected.

Thank you for being part of this moment. I hope you left feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.

More to come. ✨

✨ This vision has lived in me for a long time. Now, it is ready to move, grow, and be held in community. ✨

The Movement Haus is making its community debut with a FREE open-level West African Fusion class at Downtown Metuchen’s Juneteenth Celebration.

This moment means a lot to me.

For those who know me and know my story, thank you for continuing to hold me, encourage me, and support this work as I find my way forward. This is my first project in a new season of life, and I’m learning to keep creating while honoring everything that came before.

For those just getting to know me, I’m so glad you’re here. The Movement Haus is a healing venture rooted in the belief that movement is medicine, culture, and connection. I’m looking forward to building what comes next, one class, one story, and one community at a time.

No dance experience is needed. Just bring your beautiful self, some water, and your best joy vibes to shake something lose and experience joy in community with us!
