Here's a snippet from the last Lover's Lounge.
Thank you everyone that came out and contributed to the night being as beautiful as it was. I'm so grateful for the community pulling up and showing out.
It's amazing to witness something that was just an idea not too long ago become reality.
Thank you everyone for rocking with me, for all the fans that came out and stayed late to witness this gift that I am honored to be able to share. Thankful for the team, thank you all for helping bring this vision to life. As we navigate our individual journeys and our paths intertwine on this venture I pray that we remember the bigger picture and always keep it at the forefront: building sustainable presence and futures and legacies for our families and our selves. The music, the food, the contributions in all forms are all building blocks.

TeNesha was such a bright light filled person from the day we met in Huntington Beach high school and she declared me as her brother. We formed a Black Student Union, fought against injustice on campus and she was always at the fore front. She ended up marrying a good brother from my neighborhood in Compton and they both supported my business and treated me like family. She was a super creative artist but worked in the corporate municipal sector, became a Compton home owner and a great Mother to four wonderful children. She had recently sent me this pic, rocking my copper cuffs doubled up ✊🏾🙏🏾
We love and miss you T! ✨🕊️✨

🪄As we gathered the other night for our CommUnity Mic, we shared a collective “GET BETTER MAR’QESE!” for our beloved Creative Director @lordlucid_ , who has been in the hospital this past week undergoing emergency surgery. They’re now on the road to recovery, and we’re holding them with so much love, protection, and healing energy.

⚡️This gathering was a beautiful reminder of exactly why Enchanted Loft exists — to uplift one another, to create together, and to show up when it matters most. We shared poetry, music, stories, tea, laughter, and heartfelt expression in the coziest most soul nourishing space.☕️

To everyone who came through, thank you for your presence, your vulnerability, and your magic.✨

🫶🏻Supporting Mar’Qese:
If you feel inspired to contribute to their healing journey, we’re also raising funds to support their medical bills. This is what community is all about.💛 Any donations are deeply appreciated!

🌙✨Our next big event is December 6th!
We’re celebrating three years of Enchanted Loft! We will also be having an OPEN MIC at this event so if you missed your chance at this last community mic, you have another opportunity right around the corner.
