We were just getting warmed up last night. 1/2 there until we celebrate St Patty’s Day at The Castle Irish Pub.

Being part of @irishhouseus was a surreal experience. If you told me a couple of years ago that I’d be at Tales, slinging drinks on the same floor as @1661bar and @thedeadrabbitny , I’d have never believed you!

Thank you @bekleah @cullened @dramawise @lostirishtim and @arcdagency for putting together such a fantastic event. What you all are doing to help promote the best of Ireland means a lot. It really was an honor to be there!!!

Congratulations to @bevswithbeibh @fm_kelo and all of you that Split The G. You’re now part of our ever expanding wall of fame @thelibertiesdtla

Special thanks to @salatichla for the video!

A little over a week on from an unforgettable week in New Orleans, we’re still reflecting on the incredible conversations, connections and drinks shared at @irishhouseus during @tales_of_the_cocktail !

It was a pleasure to showcase @poachersdrinks alongside some of Ireland’s finest drinks producers, celebrating the creativity, quality and hospitality that make Irish drinks so special.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat and a taste of Irish Hospitality!

NOLA - AUSTIN - SAN FRANCISCO

Strong trip involving Tales of the Cocktail and first visits to both Austin and San Fran. The trip was based around aiding our growth for @boatyarddistillery in the US.

Many thanks to @lostirishtim @michael.smoley for sorting all out. Of course big thanks to our partners @banfiusa

Certainly felt like we put Fermanagh on the map on this trip.

Huge thanks to Gillian at @casementsbar for letting me behind her bar to sling some drinks. It was also perfect to cross swords with @davidgeorgetaylor at the Irish House

We are excited beyond belief to officially announce that @amayaelixirs has partnered up with the amazing folks at @backbarproject to bring the flavor of Mexican spiced cacao to bars, restaurants, and liquor stores across the US. We are honored to join a roster that puts us next esteemed brands such as @worthyparkestate, @giffardusa, @nuestrasoledad.oax, and many more. And we can’t wait to work alongside their incredible team in 30 states to get Amaya onto menus and into the glasses of cocktail lovers from coast to coast! Cheers & thank you all for the support!

My first Tales was so cute. What do you mean I got to see all of my friends, make new ones, engage in wondrous conversations, be surrounded by magical music, try delicious vegan food, learn a million from talented people in hospitality, be a mentee, and be near of one of my favorite animals: thee alligator. Also, I volunteered and I loved it…but, you know me. (:
