Yesterday was so much fun! I got to present my novel to some of my closest friends and family. I showed some inspiring works, presented character profiles and fan casts (available on Patreon at baylorhurst.com 😎), talked through the road map to publishing, and more. Thank you to everyone who came out to support me. To The Lost Pages Bookstore, thank you for hosting us!

Most of all, thank you DEJA SIMONE for putting this all together. My first book is dedicated to you because you are the most wonderful, supportive, loving presence in my life. This book would not exist without your encouragement.

You can buy The Son of Dust for $1 right now at baylorhurst.com.

It’s about that time😄😄😄😁
I’ll be crossing over into Oklahoma for a book signing AND book shopping @lostpagesbookstore in Shawnee on 8/8/26!

My new signage came in with my personal Cover Art for Book 2-Book 3, both coming this year.

Hope to see you there! Don’t forget to check out Steve’s awesome bookstore created with Dreams and Hard work!

Does anybody else really get nervous in front of a camera? ✋✋✋🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

Well I surely do! My voice is so much deeper on camera…I FIDGET…awful! Ugh sorry hope you can get past all the AWKWARD to hear about my WIP.

A suspense romance that leans psychological thriller vibes.

Love to hear any tips on how to be better at these types of videos.
