Abrázalas de mi parte, my friend šŸ¤

Gracias por TANTO.

It’s all these simple little moments that make up life. It’s the behind the scenes. It’s the support system. It’s the love, the laughs, and the company you keep. Stop being fooled by a facade of what you’re life should be like. You need movement, purpose, community, love, family, encouragement, sunlight, embracing small moments- like walking on the grass barefoot. You need deep conversations. You need vulnerability. You need to be real with your innermost thoughts. You need to be able to see past the bullshit to get to the good shit. God is good. Focus on the positive things in life and more positivity will follow. And if you have trouble doing it on your own. @amp_mental_health will begin having free group therapy sessions to begin to introduce people to these concepts. It’s needed. And I have the space and capacity to make it happen. I love you all and even through my hard times I will continue to offer myself. Because that is what feeds my soul.

A convo with my Venezuelan brother šŸ‡»šŸ‡Ŗ- my buddy Eduardo, about being diagnosed with Cancer. He’s a father of 3. A dedicated husband and family man. He’s 41 - just as I am- and he’s facing the battle of his life. But I’m a firm believer that this will be a stage that we can look back on and say ā€œwhat the fuck was thatā€. He is driven by a sense of purpose and a desire to have ā€œmore timeā€. Time to heal. But most importantly, time for his family.
