Lakes Makerie, Minneapolis. Just posted the last remnant of this @lottajansdotter fabric on the webshop. I bought her Hemma collection before I even had a space and Lakes Makerie was really just an idea. I knew I would love these fabrics and that you would too. This picture was taken when the shop was just a “pop-up” and I still love it, and it’s making me feel sentimental. As many of you know, the shop looks a lot different now. It’s just as tiny, but a lot more crowded. I’m so grateful to be on this journey with all of you, and I hope the Hemma Cocca Citron remnant finds a good home

What kinds of cRaZy things have you done while quarantined? Today I ironed all of our dish towels, cloth napkins, placemats, and Kaldi’s bandanas. 😜 They just look so much prettier that way. WILD! 💛

Some new models in progress. We make all our original models in .080 (about 2mm) copper or brass, so the original is clean and precise. It's a look that can't really be achieved with white metal or modeling clay. Plus it's metal, so it's cool.

This is a mistletoe holiday ornament in the works; part of a collab with designer @lottajansdotter. More about this fun project later!

Another model in the works as part of our collab with @lottajansdotter. The copper has been engraved and die-formed in a hydrologic press to give it dimension, and is ready to be sawn out.
