Waiting to feel ready is the trap. ⚡
One good session doesn't just burn energy — it sets the tone for everything after it. No pre-workout, no shortcuts. Just showing up. 🪢

👉 Save this for the morning you don't feel like moving.

The #JRShuffle Crew is back again with our monthly #shuffle challenge where we all learn a choreographed footwork routine and then add our jumprope. This is the culmination of hours of practice 🤌✨🙌🥰
We thank our Kiwi Gals, Erin & Trudy @nzshuffle for their footwork inspo this month 🙌🌟🙌 And of course our astute leaders @jen_in_the_flow and @52weekslaterskipsandruns 🤗
Enormous gratitude to this crew of 29 who shared their snippets of excellent artistry so we can all enjoy their accomplishments 🙌
