What a brilliant two days at #TeamKC with @loudspeakerlive! 😃

Joni and Matt joined us at Kidderminster College to deliver the NCG Guarantee workshops, helping bring the five key areas of the NCG Guarantee to life for our students.

From exploring new ideas to sharing experiences with their peers, students were encouraged to think about the role the NCG Guarantee plays in their personal development. The workshops highlighted how skills in areas such as digital awareness, mental fitness and employability can help students make the most of their time at college and prepare for what comes next.

A huge thank you to Joni and Matt for bringing so much energy to the sessions! ⭐

Only Two Days at @carlisle.college and over 700 Students Engaged! 🎤 🕺

As part of our work across NCG, I found myself in Carlisle these past two days delivering @loudspeakerlive workshops bespoke to the values of the group to students of Carlisle College 🗣️

Qualifications matter so much for young people, but in a world where competitive advantage matters so much, personality can be a game changers, and that’s exactly what myself and Joni Sommerville have been talking about these last two days ☀️

The students have been fantastic and the vibes immaculate! Very happy to say students know exactly what their NCG guarantee is and from my experience alone, feel extremely connected to their college community ❤️

What a fantastic two days we’ve had with Matt and Jonathan from @loudspeakerlive, who delivered the Induction Workshop Project and helped bring the NCG Guarantee to life for our students! 😃

Through interactive activities, teamwork, engaging discussions and opportunities for reflection, students explored how the NCG Guarantee connects to their college experience and supports their future ambitions. The workshops encouraged confidence, collaboration and a positive start to the academic year, helping students make the most of the opportunities available to them at West Lancashire College.

A huge thank you to Matt and Jonathan for bringing the energy! ⭐

⚽️❤️ FIVE YEARS OF THE FOOTBALL FAMILY - THANK YOU❤️

Five years ago, @acspartnerships and @weareutcai came together with one vision: create opportunities that inspire and empower young people across London.

Today, we celebrate everyone who helped turn that vision into reality. 🙏🏾

Huge thanks to @palaceforlife for walking this journey with us — from @acscobhamschool and MerkyFCHQ to @harrisinvictusacademycroydon, @thorpeparkofficial, our residentials and countless sessions. Your support went way beyond coaching. You gave our young people time, belief and a sense of belonging. ❤️

Special shoutout to Jamie Broughton, Sam Yafai, Arnaud Zadi, Daniel, Gemma Staple, Abdullah, Akram and the whole Palace for Life team.

To FTY FLY — especially Lee Chudy and John Gibbens — thank you for believing in us from day one of our residential journey.

To the ACS International Schools team: Graeme Lawrie MBE FRSA FCCT, Jane Quelch, Ian Ahmet, Veronica Prieto Sanchez, Robyne Simpson, Karen Ayerst, Rosie Peskett, Jen Baker, Francois Serin, Cindy Blanes and Carmel Kelly, thank you.

To We Are UTCAI — Troy Davis, Keishana Kelly, Ashley Kelly and Ann Marie Christian FRSA — thank you for your continued commitment.

To @HSBC RGL Promotion @graffitistars.co.uk @corecoaching , @surrey_rams , NPl @chelseafc and every partner, supporter, coach and mentor who contributed — THANK YOU SO MUCH. 🙌🏾❤️

But above all — thank you to every Football Family student. You are the reason we do this. Watching you grow in confidence, find your potential, and come back as Young Leaders for the next generation? That’s the whole point.

To our schools, teachers, parents and carers who trusted us with your amazing kids — thank you for believing in us.

What started as a shared vision is now a family and a five-year legacy.

Together, we create opportunities.
Together, we develop young leaders.
Together, we inspire change. ❤️⚽️

🎤 WHERE VOICES RISE, FUTURES TRANSFORM 🎤

Tomorrow, 150+ amazing inner-city students will walk through the doors of the UK House of Lords, not as visitors, but as potential changemakers ready to claim their voices and their power.

This is #SpeakWeek, an empowering day dedicated to building confidence, unlocking potential and reminding our young people that they belong in every room, especially the rooms where decisions are made.

✨ THE EXPERIENCE ✨

@acspartnerships and @weareutcai (United to Change and Inspire) have partnering with @loudspeakerlive sensational #ObaAkinwale and #CalvinEden to deliver transformational workshops that will equip students with the skills and self-belief to speak up, stand out and lead.

The students are looking forward to an amazing day at Westminster School, London, where their exceptional outreach team is opening their doors and hearts to make this possible.

Then in the afternoon, we move to the UK House of Lords itself.

🤝 STRONGER TOGETHER 🤝

This wouldn’t be possible without our incredible partners:
• ACS International Schools Graeme Lawrie MBA MBE FRSA FCCT, Jane Quelch & Robyne Simpson
• We Are UTCAI (United to Change and Inspire)
• Westminster School, London Outreach Team

Hugh thank you to the incredible Lord Jim Knight, whose unwavering support and for educational equity continues to inspire us all

Every young person deserves access to opportunities that expand their horizons. Together, we’re making that happen, one empowered voice at a time.💫

700 Students in my Workshops in TWO Days!!! 🤯

I’ve spent two days at @westlancashirecollege and although I come here every year, this week felt special 👏

On behalf of @loudspeakerlive , myself and Jonathan Campbell delivered 4 sessions each to around 700 students all about their NCG Guarantee , exploring the importance of Community, Digital, Enterprise, Employability, Mental Fitness alongside studying and the vibes were IMMACULATE! ❤️

Every student got stuck in, pushed themselves outside of their comfort zone and even took part in a dance off! 🕺

I love coming to this college community and can’t wait to return! 10/10 🙏

Hit me up if you want to change the game for your school or college students!!!! ✉️
