I’ve avoided this post long enough so here goes:

Dear Junior Year,

You challenged me in ways I never expected and taught me more than I could have imagined.

You gave me unforgettable moments, pushed me beyond my comfort zone, and reminded me what I’m capable of. Not every goal was reached exactly the way I had planned, but every setback became a lesson and every challenge made me stronger.

This season tested me, but it also built confidence, resilience, and an even greater determination for what’s ahead. I’m proud of how I showed up, how I kept working, and how I never stopped believing in myself.

Thank you, junior year, for the memories, the growth, and the perspective. You weren’t perfect, but you were important.

The best part? The story isn’t over yet. There is still more to accomplish, more records to chase, and more moments to celebrate.

See you next season. 💛

Thank you Track and Field💛 I will forever be grateful that I picked up this stick my senior year of high school. God’s plan is crazy, but it brought me friends for life, amazing memories, and the best four years. Thank you to everyone who made this journey possible. Big stick energy for life!🌾💛🖤
