Don’t stop when you’re tired, stop when you’re done.

The Spartan Ultra 50K was the toughest thing I’ve ever done, and I placed 1st in my age group.

I couldn’t feel my hands for almost the entire duration and blew out my knee halfway through the race…. everything in me wanted to quit.

Knowing my family was waiting at the finish line for me was enough fuel to not give up and I couldn’t grasp not keeping the promise to myself of getting it done.

I left absolutely zero gas in the tank.

This race wasn’t about pace or placement for me.

It was about not quitting when everything in me wanted to.

Grateful I got it done🙏🏻
