POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A big thank you to Julija Savina who has just hosted our team Lunch and Learn entitled “Improve your Mental Well-Being, Gain Resilience and Take Control of your Life”

Julija’s soothing voice talked us through some fantastic tools to helps us create inner awareness and build resilience to help us through life’s inevitable challenges.

It was a useful opportunity to pause for an hour and reflect - something we should all do to help our mental wellbeing.

Julija explained it perfectly with her car analogy - we all take care of our cars so that they pass an MOT - do we do the same ourselves?

Thank you to everyone who came along and if you want to check out Julija’s work - visit her website julijasavina.com

A fabulous day for some of the team today celebrating big birthdays and business anniversaries in style!

For a remote team these events are really special as it’s more rare for us to get together. The absolute consensus was that these get-togethers should be a whole lot more frequent!

A great start to the long weekend 🧡
