Its local summer at the Jersey Shore.. Beautiful weather inntheblow to mid 70s ( feels warmer ), quiet uncrowded beaches , great surf for surfers and calm waters in the ocean and Barnegat Bay for boaters..

Proud to get this from my clients !!

We had the pleasure of working with Lou Critelli on my first home purchase, and I can't recommend him enough! My wife and I have been looking for homes on and off for about 2 years and worked with multiple real estate agents. Night and Day difference between the work ethic and professionalism he has shown compared to the rest. If you must have one person by your side during this cut-throat market, it's Lou. He goes above and beyond to ensure this process goes smoothly for his clients. He taught me many things about the market, made sure my credit was in check, got me acquainted with mortgage lenders, and even gave me advice after closing on home improvements.
After years of getting outbid and viewing house after house with other agents, we finally closed in July 2024 with Lou on the VERY first home we saw together. It’s been a blessing in disguise that we crossed paths, and I'm very grateful for all the help he has provided. Thank you, Lou, for your help and dedication to making our home-buying journey a success!
I would recommend Lou to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially first-time home buyers!
