Another hard goodbye for the feed 😕🩷

Two years ago, I walked through the doors of ESPA with big dreams and no idea just how much this place would shape me. I thought I was coming here to train, to improve, and to work towards my future. I never expected to leave with a heart full of memories, lifelong friendships, and a version of myself I barely recognise from the girl who first walked in.

ESPA has given me so much more than a qualification. It has given me confidence when I doubted myself, resilience when things felt hard, and countless opportunities that have helped me grow: not only as a dancer, but as a person.

To every teacher who believed in me, challenged me, inspired me and never stopped encouraging me, thank you. Every correction, every rehearsal, every performance, every conversation and every opportunity has played a part in who I am today. I will always be grateful for everything you’ve invested in me.

And then there’s the people.

The friendships I’ve made over these last two years are something I’ll treasure forever. Thank you for every laugh that made my stomach hurt, every train journey home, every dressing room selfie, every early morning, every late rehearsal, every pep talk before going on stage, and every memory in between. Somehow, the people who started as classmates became family.

Looking through these photos, I realise it was never just about the performances or the shows. It was the moments in between that made these two years so unforgettable.

It’s hard to say goodbye to a place that has given me so much. A place that became my second home. A place that believed in me, challenged me, and helped me become the person I’m so proud to be today.

As I close this chapter and begin the next at Shockout, I’ll take every lesson, every friendship, and every memory with me. No matter where dance takes me, a part of me will always belong to ESPA.

Thank you for changing my life.

I’ll miss this place more than words can ever say. 🤍✨

What an incredible way to end the season…

Steady Bear 26, where do we even begin? We couldn’t be prouder of every single athlete on this team. The dedication, resilience, determination and heart you’ve shown all season has been nothing short of inspiring. This season has been one to remember. Every training session, every challenge and every performance has led to this moment, and you should all be so proud of everything you’ve achieved together.

From being just a small team from Barlborough with big dreams, we’ve grown into something so much bigger than we ever imagined. Watching this team develop, grow in confidence and achieve things we once only dreamed about has been so special. We are so, so happy and incredibly proud of how far this team has come.

Receiving an At Large Bid to IASF Worlds is something we’ve dreamed of, and we still can’t quite believe it’s real. A huge thank you to @futurecheeruk for believing in our team and giving us this amazing opportunity. We are beyond grateful!!!

Yesterday marked the final competition of the season at Future Cheer Internationals in Bournemouth, and what a way to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better ending to such a special season!

Steady Bear 26, you’ve made memories that will last a lifetime. We can’t wait to watch this team continue to grow✨

A very special thank you goes to our incredible coach @louisedurrant23 Thank you for believing in us, pushing us to be better every single day, and never giving up on us even when things got tough. None of this would have been possible without your passion, commitment and belief in every athlete on this team. You’ve helped turn our dreams into reality, and we truly can’t thank you enough. We are so lucky to have you leading this team, and we can’t wait to continue this journey together.

We also want to give a massive shoutout to @bellatrix_dancecompany Your support, kindness and genuine excitement when we received our bid meant the world to us. The atmosphere was incredible, and moments like that remind us what this community is all about. Wishing you all the best!!🫶🏽
