💜 MEET THE TEAM | LOUISE 💚

Our Meet the Team series kicks off with Louise! ✨

From BreakThrough student to teacher, Louise’s journey has come full circle 🥹

Her love for performing began at just 5 years old with ballet, followed by musical theatre at 7! She attended Stagecoach and Theatro in Ennis, performed with Clare Youth Musical Society and took to the stage in productions of Oliver! and The Wizard of Oz with Ennis Musical Society 🎭

Louise joined BreakThrough at 11 and quickly fell in love with everything the studio had to offer, eventually taking every class available to her, including Company!

Along the way, she also completed speech and drama and musical theatre exams 🎓

Since 2022, Louise has been sharing her passion with the next generation of BreakThrough performers! ✨

Today a month ago was our closing night - hard to believe it has flown by so quickly! ✨️🌹✨️

Audiences got their first glimpse of the magic of Beauty and The Beast from the moment they walked through the doors of glór, and thanks to the Trojan efforts of our Front Of House Team and the staff at @glor_ennis, they were spellbound by the transformation of the foyer.

We cannot thank them enough for their hard work, but at the very least, we can showcase it ✨️❤️✨️

Thanks to @elainegavintheartist for the creation of the reel 🌹❤️🌹

Seachtain ar aghaidh agus ní chreidim fós é🌹✨

Eispéireas ar leith a bhí againn le cúpla seachtain anuas. I had such an amazing time getting to know all my Clare gals🌹 and exploring our beautiful county💛💙

Míle buíochas to everyone in the rose centre @clareroseoftralee for making sure we were well looked after throughout our experience🫶✨

To the amazing role models and inspirations that came before me, Aisling and Aoife, I can only dream of following in your footsteps❤️✨

To the best support crew, I wouldn’t be where I am today without you all, tá mé fíor-bhuíoch to have you all in my corner (and behind the Banner flag this year😉)

“It’s a celebration of the Banner in the Kingdom this Summer”

It’s the honour of a lifetime to be representing the Banner in Tralee. Let’s do Clare proud💛💙✨

Louise Eccles Cusack - sponsored by Bijur Delimon

Hi, my name is Louise, I'm 24 and from Ennis. I’m in my final year of a History and English degree in UL and will begin a Songwriting masters in the Irish World Academy in September. I've been surrounded by music and theatre my entire life and I’m heavily involved in the arts in Ennis. I currently work as a musical theatre teacher in Breakthrough Dance Company, I volunteer with Ennis Book Club Festival and Ennis Musical Society and support Cystic Fibrosis Ireland with my family. I am proud to represent Clare's community and arts and hope to inspire young people to get involved.

Joseph McHughs in Liscannor was next for a much needed thirst quenching drink and a warm welcome from Tim and all his team as Irish Coffees were provided for all of our Roses! They sat in the sunshine in the lovely beer garden and sipped on their drinks as they reflected on the fun of the day! Huge thanks to Tim and all the locals for making sure all the girls felt welcome and proud to be from this beautiful banner county!
