One year of coaching Lagree and it deserves a date โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ Celebrating one year of something that brought so much life back into my love for movement, and so many beautiful people into my life. And somehow, it feels like so much more than just a year. A year of early mornings, late nights, loud playlists, spicy classes, sweaty Megas, little wins, big laughs, and so many people who have made the studio feel like home. From teaching classes to taking classes, from being on the mic to being on the Mega, Iโ€™m just really grateful I get to experience Lagree from both sides. Hereโ€™s to every bit of spice weโ€™ve endured, the community that stays through the burn, and everything still to come. Happy one year to us and to this Lagree chapter that weโ€™re so grateful to call ours ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป

๐Ÿ‘ฏ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ We started in a single bedroom, sharing bunk beds, quiet giggles, and whispers into the dark. Then came our teens, bringing different friend groups, separate hobbies, and paths that started to diverge. By our twenties, careers pushed us miles apart, each building our own lives on separate schedules. Now in our 30s, the distance no longer matters. We pack our bags, pick a destination, and travel together whenever we can. Time and maturity have brought us full circleโ€”weโ€™ve realized that no matter how far we roam or how old we get, weโ€™ll always have each otherโ€™s backs. โœˆ๏ธ๐Ÿคโœจ #VivaceArtCafe #SistersDate #CebuOceanPark #CebuCity #843mylinda
