Simple Greek salad ⬇️

I’d say to the non beet lovers… you just haven’t had them in a way that actually tastes good.

Like in vinegar already cooked for you,

combined with feta, smashed cucumber, a lil olive oil, salt, balsamic

SOOOO GOOD 👍🏼

That’s all I came here to say😜

You HAVE to try this one 💕🫜

Creamy pink beet pasta made with @lovebeets White Wine Balsamic Marinated Baby Beets, and it was SO easy. The perfect girl dinner for you or your husband 😉

Blend:
4 marinated baby beets
1 cup Ricotta
1/2 cup feta
1 garlic clove
Olive oil
Salt
A little pasta water

Toss with your pasta, then finish with fresh mozzarella and basil on top ✨

The white wine balsamic beets give the sauce that bright pink color and a little extra flavor without needing much else.

Love Beets Perfectly Pickled Beets + Organic Classic Vinegar Marinated Baby Beets are also on sale at @wholefoods through 10/20 🛒💗
